Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Player Account on tot555. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no open bets are pending settlement. tot555 reserves the right to close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds that are later cancelled, cashed out, or voided will not count towards wagering requirements.
